Episode 14 - Grief and Loss: Miscarriage

"The loss of our child washes over us, ebbs and then returns much like the waves on the shore.  Each wave a remembrance.  A sorrow.  A pain.  Reminding us that unlike the waves, they can't return."

In this episode we will be concluding our series on grief and loss by addressing the impact that miscarriage has on women, their partners, and their families.  We were lucky to have Desireé join us to share her experience with miscarriage, the struggles she had with the medical community during this process, and how her Mexican culture has helped her to cope.
